Marsh as Beach

During storms beach sands are pushed across the islands. Sands bury grasslands and marshes. In Some areas the sand cover is thin and the erosion so fast that the marshes that were once on the lagoon side of the island are exposed to the surf. Such marshes as beaches are direct evidence of the westward migration of these islands.
